RETURN POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any full-priced Lumier Label sunglasses or blue-light glasses (each a "Product"), you may return the Product and receive a partial refund of the Product purchase price on condition that returned Product(s) be received by Lumier Label: (1) within thirty (30) days of original delivery; (2) with the Product, including all component parts, in original condition; and (3) along with all cases and tags originally delivered with the Product(s).

Sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for a refund.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

  1. Visit our returns portal and sign in with your order number & billing zip code.
  2. Select which Products you'd like to return then follow the instructions to print the return slip and shipping label. A shipping charge of $10.00 will be deducted from your purchase price and the net amount will be refunded to your account.
  3. Package the Product(s) in their original packaging, including the invoice and any documentation and manuals received with the Product(s), for return to Lumier Label - make sure the package is secure and that the contents are not at risk of being damaged during shipping. In order for a partial refund to be issued, Lumier Label Products must timely arrive at our facility in good condition, and with original tags and case.
  4. Attach the pre-paid return label on the outside of the package, remembering to cover any previous address label.
  5. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that as we do not offer exchanges, the above instructions would be for a Product refund only if the return meets the criteria outlined in our return policy.

All discounted or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for a refund.

Please allow fourteen (14) business days from our receipt of your Product return for the processing of your refund. During peak season(s), extra processing time make be required due to higher-than-normal shipping and processing volumes. You will receive an email confirmation when your returned Product has been received by Lumier Label and when the refund is accomplished. Note: Lumier Label does not control when banks attach credits to purchase card accounts and any refund credit may not show until a next billing cycle.

Any order Product discrepancies or damage concerns must within five (5) days of delivery be reported to: info@lumierlabel.com. Include in your report your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the subject Product. Availability and shipment of replacement Product(s), if any, must be arranged directly with Lumier Label customer service.

Lumier Label is NOT responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address. Please check your shipping info twice.
