If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any full-priced Lumier Label sunglasses or blue-light glasses (each a "Product"), you may return the Product and receive a partial refund of the Product purchase price on condition that returned Product(s) be received by Lumier Label: (1) within thirty (30) days of original delivery; (2) with the Product, including all component parts, in original condition; and (3) along with all cases and tags originally delivered with the Product(s).  

Sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for a refund.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.Please note that we do not offer exchanges. 

Once ordered, you will receive an email with your order number attached. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number within 12-24 hours.

Lumier Label warrants its Products against manufacturing defects, with replacement Product(s) (or, at Lumier Label's option, a refund of the Product purchase price) available within six (6) months of Product purchase. The Lumier Label warranty does not cover scratches, ordinary wear and tear, lens loss, accidental damage caused by consumer use,or the loss of component parts due to neglect (e.g., failure to keep screws tightened, etc.).  Lumier Label may - in its absolute discretion - reject a warranty claim for conditions it regards as being caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise attributable to consumer use or failed maintenance.  Lenses are vulnerable to scratches and nicks caused by normal use; wear and tear common to normal use does not make Products eligible for replacement under warranty.  No other warranty is made or available in connection with Lumier Label Products.
